Keep up that friendly Service! I have had all my vehicles serviced with this dealership since 20001, even before they moved from their old location on Argyl Road to their new state I have had all my vehicles serviced with this dealership since 20001, even before they moved from their old location on Argyl Road to their new state of the act facility in Sherwood Park. The dealership was then Nicholson and I even bought several vehicles there. I am not to impressed with the sales portion of the dealership, however I hope they have made improvements in that area. The only reason I keep going back to this dealership is the personalized, friendly service I receive from most of the service staff. There are currently three service personal that have made my dealings with Sherwood Park Chevrolet (formerly know as Nicholson's) the best service I have encounter anywhere in Canada - and I have been in every province. The best service personnel were Roy and Trent when it was Nicholson. Now that it is Sherwood Park Chevrolet and in a more updated facility, I appreciate that their service has not been decreased. Thanks to Shawna, she strives to ensure honest, friendly and first rate service is provided to her customers. Shana has continuously been there when I not only needed regular service, but every time there has been several non-scheduled events. Shawna is very friendly, efficient and she keeps me in the know with all my service requirements. As long as the dealership continues with this level of excellent service, I will continue to be a loyal, completely satisfied customer of Sherwood Park Chevrolet. Thank you Shawna, Trent and Roy. Windshield I brought my Camaro in for service and found out the dealer did windshields. I was able to with the help of Craig in parts order a new GM windshield a I brought my Camaro in for service and found out the dealer did windshields. I was able to with the help of Craig in parts order a new GM windshield as I did not want a non GM one. Once it came in I booked in my car through Shawna and she was able to get it done quickly for me and it looks great. Shawna did a great job with taking care of my car and always does, I know I can trust her with it and will continue to come back. A special note for the cashier Gail, she is amazing with customers and always makes me feel special. She knows my name, has my keys ready for me, and everyone always seems so happy that I am there. Service Quality I have been dealing with this location since they moved to Sherwood Park. My initial service on my 2007 Corvette was handled with professionalism and I have been dealing with this location since they moved to Sherwood Park. My initial service on my 2007 Corvette was handled with professionalism and I was very satisfied with the work. I have since taken my 2006 GMC diesel into this location and have had nothing but excellent service. From the phone calls of reminder to the courtesy at the counter by the above noted service consultants, Sandra Scarth and Shawna Bilozyr. The work is done to my satisfaction at a fair market price and in a timely fashion. I have also had dealings with Wayne Focht the service manager and he has dealt with me in a very professional manner and when I am visiting for service he always stops to say hi. I also have found the parts personnel very knowledgeable and their service has also been top notch. I am planning on purchasing a new vehicle, hopefully in the near future, and my wife and I have already decided that it will be a Chev product from this dealer. I have been a GMC/Chev buyer for some time and will continue to do so, given the quality of the product and the dedicated individuals that work at dealerships like Sherwood Park Chev. More

Shawna made an immediate impression on me with how friendly and efficient she was in collecting all my information and listening about my service concern. She got me a recommendation and followed through to the end. Now at their new center in Sherwood Park, I always get a smile and greeting as I drive through the bay. Her attention to detail showed an information error in the system, which she quickly corrected and confirmed it was saved. I was reminded of some unrecorded warranty service options and prices. I thought it was the right amount of information, without the pressure that it absolutely needed to get it done. My follow up call came right on schedule, and the work was all done as discussed. Check out was prompt and I got an informed description of the work before heading to the cashier. Shawna is very customer satisfaction focused, and that is too rare these days. I never hear her complain or make negative comments about anything. It is great to deal with her and look forward to a few more years working with her! More

That first encounter has now made me a loyal customer and one who is willing to share my experiences with my friends. Over these last six years I always seek out Shawna if I have questions or concerns with my vehicle. I am always amazed with Shawna’s customer service which always goes above and beyond….. I believe she is a great asset to the Chevrolet Dealer. Not only is Shawna appreciated, I have been treated great by all the staff at the Chevrolet Dealership. Thanks from a very loyal customer. More
Always a positive experience! I purposely always ask for Shawna Bilozyr-Sitek when I have questions about my 2011 Impala I bought last fall from them, and before that when they wer I purposely always ask for Shawna Bilozyr-Sitek when I have questions about my 2011 Impala I bought last fall from them, and before that when they were Nickledome on Argyll Road with my previous Aveo, and she has always competently, and quickly provided answers --- and SOLUTIONS to any issues I am concerned about. One way or another she always goes above and beyond any requests. I have tried to talk to other service staff, but I always end up asking Shawna instead, because I know she deals with clients with integrity and respect. And that is a very important value these days since people are very self-serving. It seems ridiculous to have to remind management what a great asset she is to their company -- but it doesn't surprise me, the people who make the company successful are often forgotten. Remember this sales and management -- your commission may be on the sale, but its the service that brings back repeat customers, because they want a product they can depend on -- and know that they have the support when they need it. I have had nothing but the utmost and wonderful dealings with Shawna Bilozyr, Sandra, Roy Popowich, and all the other service employees and Technicians. Gayle and Ethel have also been wonderful and very pleasant to deal with. I honestly believe that Wayne Focht has had a lot to do ---I keeping the integrity, honestly and sincere business attitude in such high standards and quality that I encounter every time i go in to have some work done on my Vehicles. For this reason I won't go to any other Dealership for buy or repairing my Vehicles.
