The estimate show what needs to be repaired immediately as well as what will need to be repaired at a later date. I have never been pressured by them on repairs. They make recommendations to ensure the safety of my family and I. The service department offers top notch mechanics who seem to take pride in their work. A few weeks later we had to get a vehicle inspection completed and of course we chose to take our vehicle here again; and we received the same exact experience as we did the first time. Each person that we talked to was very happy to help and provide us with the most information as possible. We were never wondering the status on our vehicle and we were also kept in the loop about what was going on with the truck. Needless to say, I recommend Sherwood park Chevrolet over and over again.
