Simple Inspection with Amazing Service! I had first called around for Inspection estimates and Chevy Sherwood Park had an amazing sale going on so I went with them! Looking at Purchasing a v I had first called around for Inspection estimates and Chevy Sherwood Park had an amazing sale going on so I went with them! Looking at Purchasing a vehicle from Kijiji and had the pleasure of working with Rob Perras in the Service Department who ended up having one of the best Customer Service skills I have come across in a very long time. He was so thorough with what needed to be done etc but not only that went above and beyond in my mind. I would recommend anyone to work with Rob and his team for any services needed to their vehicle as I would trust them and know that you are getting the best service out there! When all said and done he also recommended someone on the sales team if the deal with the Kijiji vehicle didn't pan out. So thank you Rob, you were such a great help and I will be sure to send anyone your way that I can! More

First time oil change I drive an import car, so typically went to the specialty shop for my oil changes. They are very expensive, so I thought I would try Sherwood Park Che I drive an import car, so typically went to the specialty shop for my oil changes. They are very expensive, so I thought I would try Sherwood Park Chev. What a great experience! Not only was the oil change cost significantly less, the experience was wonderful. I didn't have to wait very long, and when I was leaving the lube technician asked me to wait. He had pulled my car out for me, and there was ice on the ground, and he didn't want me to slip and fall. When I got home and reviewed the bill, I found that all the things they checked were also shown with the name of the technician that checked them. I can tell you, I will never be going back to the import shop. I will stay with Sherwood Park Chev. More

End of the day Phone call all three times,same answer "Sorry sir your truck is not repaired.would you Like to book another Appointment! What is the point of booking an appointment and triple checking if it can be done that day just to be let down again. To The Staff ,I was dealing on a new truck from you but in No Way No How will I ever spend a dime at your Business again!! I'm sure in this day and age no one cares about a review but I hope this hits home with other people in the same situation I have gone through!! More

Worst service in Alberta I had my truck in 3 weeks ago and showed the manager and assistant manager that my winter front would not fit.
