Jordan showed his excellent knowledge on both finance and on Customer care, not only making sure I received the exact vehicle I wanted but for the price I wanted to pay as well. I have dealt with a lot of dealerships , but none of them have ever gone to the extent Jordan and Sherwood park Chevrolet went to , to take care of a customer. More

Specific customer, great service! I purchased my first car, a Cruze, through Danny and the entire experience was more than expected. I shopped around a bit but kept coming back to the I purchased my first car, a Cruze, through Danny and the entire experience was more than expected. I shopped around a bit but kept coming back to the Cruze, he knew before I did that that was the car for me. He is very approachable and honest, and was there to answer any questions I had. We originally agreed upon x amount for the vehicle but Danny then went out of his way to find an additional incentive to lower the cost for the Cruze. He isn't out to screw you over!!! I was very specific with the colour that I wanted, even though it wasn't in their inventory, and he then went above and beyond to get me the car (and the colour!). Never dealing with anyone else but Danny, thanks! More

Going back to Lakewood Chev! Went to get my oil change at the express lube service. Service was ok however waited for 45 mins just to get into the express line bay. Then got my car back and noticed they forget to put the reminder sticker on my windshield. Not a horrible experience but not the best experience from a dealership. More

New cruise due to accident after getting the run around for they to service talked to Hide she said I would have to talk to parts put me thru no answer she comes back and says they would call me back rite away this Wednesday still no call called to talked to GO he's busy will call back that was yesterday no call there is damage on car I need fixes so I have to go to completion because no one calls back this after spending 100.000 on vehicles at sherwood Park Chevrolet not very happy and will let everybody know More
