Looking at Purchasing a vehicle from Kijiji and had the pleasure of working with Rob Perras in the Service Department who ended up having one of the best Customer Service skills I have come across in a very long time. He was so thorough with what needed to be done etc but not only that went above and beyond in my mind. I would recommend anyone to work with Rob and his team for any services needed to their vehicle as I would trust them and know that you are getting the best service out there! When all said and done he also recommended someone on the sales team if the deal with the Kijiji vehicle didn't pan out. So thank you Rob, you were such a great help and I will be sure to send anyone your way that I can! More

Teo was great, I put him to work and he was able to answer all my questions. I live in Manitoba so I wasn’t very confident with buying a vehicle in Edmonton that I wasn’t able test out myself. Teo did a video recording and pics and posted them on YouTube for me. He welcomed my brother in law who came to check the truck out on my behalf. He worked with me on the pricing and kept the communication positive the whole time. The dude even picked me up at the Edmonton airport when I flew in from Winnipeg and took the time to chat. The truck is used and there will no doubt be issues with it in the future but he was honest about it being in great shape and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another vehicle from him and his dealership again. Good job man! More

I mentioned that I was looking for information on financing and he invited me into his office. Teo provided a very easy going and friendly experience. He listened to what I was looking for within a vehicle and what my budget was. He quickly found me the right vehicle and even read my personality correctly, to show me the color and style I would identify with. I not only will continue to deal with them for future purchases but \i will also send anyone I know to this particular salesman. Coming from a sales background, I was very impressed with his demeanor and the overall experience. And all of my contact with this dealership will be through him. More

Phone call transferred to Jordans desk. No answer no voicemail. Called back Wed pm 430 and advised Jordan i was driving 3 hours Thursday morning, to come check out the truck and would be there 10-1030. Gave Jordan my cell number for communication purposes. Arrived to discover the truck had been sold. Apparently another customer had put a deposit on the truck Wed pm and deal was pending fianancing. Asked why Jordan never called me to let me know what was going on he said he lost my number. Advised Jordan i should have been offered the opportunity Wed pm to put a deposit on the truck as i was serious about making a deal. Jordan never mentioned there were others interested in this truck. Jordan texted me to tell me the fianancing was approved and if there was another truck similar to this i would be the first to know. Advised Jordan do not contact me if there is another similar vehicle at this dealership More
