At the delivery he offered to go through the car with me (which to someone that didn't own one before would be super helpful). For the finance piece I delt with Ryan, he also was very forthcoming & honest. No BS & did not try to sway my decisions on anything when it came to all the extras offered at the time of sale. He explained everything & with easy to understand terms. Again a very pleasant experience. Overall great experience, they were honest & kept my best interests in mind. When I seen my truck I loved it. We took it for a drive. He then showed me all the features on it thoroughly. They filled my gas tank, and I left very happy. I'd definitely see Teo for my next vehicle. I'd also recommend him to anyone. Made me feel comfortable and I got a great deal. My only wish, was if they would of told me of their administration fees up front. More

He's the best!! Back in August my car was stolen and insurance told us that we wouldn't see the car again so I checked out a few dealerships and was not impressed. I then spoke with Teo at Sherwood Park Chev and right away I knew he was awesome. I was in sales for many years when I was younger and can tell a fake sales person when I see one. Teo was very friendly, helpful and genuine. You could tell that he actually wanted to help me and not just make a sale. It ended up taking a month and a half for my insurance to deal with my claim and then they ended up finding my car so right away Teo changed the plan to a trade in for me. He was really patient the entire time and never pressured me into anything. Most dealers would have blown me off after that long but he waited for me to get everything sorted out and now I have the perfect car! He put me in a 2018 Equinox premier. I told him exactly what I wanted and he didn't try to up sell me or pressure me into another car. He listened to what I wanted. He also spent over an hour showing me how to use all the features on my car...every little detail he explained to me. He set up my Chevy app and got me hooked up with OnStar. He literally did EVERYTHING and I haven't had to look at the manual at all lol. Best of all is that I have any questions all I have to do is text him and he will help! We will def be going to him when my husband trades his car in! More

Stranded Again!!! End of the day Phone call all three times,same answer "Sorry sir your truck is not repaired.would you Like to book another Appointment! What is the point of booking an appointment and triple checking if it can be done that day just to be let down again. To The Staff ,I was dealing on a new truck from you but in No Way No How will I ever spend a dime at your Business again!! I'm sure in this day and age no one cares about a review but I hope this hits home with other people in the same situation I have gone through!! More
