Quality Management I had a problem with this dealership, posted a review and with in 24 hrs the General Manager called me personally. Left with a good feeling and a nice vehicle Was a good experience. Free vehicle car proof on line. Worked out a fair deal with our trade. After a lot of thought I bought an Extended (peace of mind) protection plan. Final pick up was easy. Vehicle was clean and in great shape. I really like that I got a follow up appointment with someone who will make sure we know how to use all the features and get a final detail cleaning on the vehicle as well, I'm not sure if that's something all dealerships do or not but if they don't they should. More

Efficient and Thorough, Back in 2010, I bought my last Equinox from Nicholson Chev-Olds when it was located on Argyll. It was time to trade it in. Having gone to other Chev Back in 2010, I bought my last Equinox from Nicholson Chev-Olds when it was located on Argyll. It was time to trade it in. Having gone to other Chev dealers, they couldn't be sure they could get the 2 Litre engine I wanted before the 2018s were sold out. When I found the new location in Sherwood Park, they didn't have the vehicle I wanted on their lot, However, Dustin was able to find the 2018 Equinox that I wanted in less than ninety minutes. I found all the staff worked well as a team. Rana was very professional and helpful in finance. When I picked up the vehicle, Mitch patiently went through all the electronics, knobs and switches before I left. I left knowing where every control lever was and what it did. Braden suggested front mats as an accessory without making it a pressure sale. More

Hidden costs We were interested in buying a truck. After the salesperson told us the price and payments we came to sign paperwork and that’s when it all changed. It’s $$$ for floor mats, $$$ for 3m protection, $$$ for siliget protection, $$$ for.... my husband thought price was discussed. So no deal and the salesperson keeps calling. Very annoying when my husband asked for all costs to be included. More

Poor Customer service, Juvenile attitudes. During my purchase of a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado my experience was quite bad to say the least. During the process Jordan Smith failed consistently as During my purchase of a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado my experience was quite bad to say the least. During the process Jordan Smith failed consistently as a finance manager. From quoting wrong payments, interest, and now even failing to payout my 2014 Chevy trade in. Currently not even a phone call in a month to GM financing to have my trade paid out. After consistent failures I was firm with him which resulted in Juvenile behaviour and directing blame to other departments and staff, and even forcing the sales person to finalize things with me. I Even called him to ask what the problem was and yet again greeted with more excuses, zero personal responsibility in blaming accounting, then proceeding to hang the phone up. I love my Chevy truck but will never purchase anything from this dealership due to immature staff in wrong positions within the dealership. Only good thing I can say about the deal was Ben, he handled our dealings professionally and even being pushed into dealing with some of the finance portion did his job to a very high standard. More

All they care about is making a sale I leased a new vehicle there in Jan 2017. It is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. my first visit to the service department was the day afte I leased a new vehicle there in Jan 2017. Simple Inspection with Amazing Service! I had first called around for Inspection estimates and Chevy Sherwood Park had an amazing sale going on so I went with them! Looking at Purchasing a v I had first called around for Inspection estimates and Chevy Sherwood Park had an amazing sale going on so I went with them! Looking at Purchasing a vehicle from Kijiji and had the pleasure of working with Rob Perras in the Service Department who ended up having one of the best Customer Service skills I have come across in a very long time. He was so thorough with what needed to be done etc but not only that went above and beyond in my mind. I would recommend anyone to work with Rob and his team for any services needed to their vehicle as I would trust them and know that you are getting the best service out there! When all said and done he also recommended someone on the sales team if the deal with the Kijiji vehicle didn't pan out. So thank you Rob, you were such a great help and I will be sure to send anyone your way that I can! More
