I normally leave a dealership feeling pretty slimy, but I never once felt pressured to buy a vehicle. He is the hardest working salesman I have ever met- is constantly running around the dealership tending to all of his customers needs with a smile on his face. Two Amazing Experiences! ! Sherwood Park Chevrolet turns lemons into lemonade!!! A year ago, I took my Corvette to Sherwood Park Chevrolet (SP Chevrolet) and I had an amaz ! Sherwood Park Chevrolet turns lemons into lemonade!!! A year ago, I took my Corvette to Sherwood Park Chevrolet (SP Chevrolet) and I had an amazing experience!! It was so good I posted a review on this webpage. Fast forward to this year when my corvette overheated. Although I live in the west end of Edmonton, I took the car all the way back SPChevrolet and I am so glad I did! What started out as a simple thermostat replacement got more complicated when they also found a radiator leak. I did not understand why or how this happened. I spoke with Faith, my Service Advisor, and she understood my concerns. She also understood my concerns were outside the scope of her job. She wisely suggested I talk to Shauna, the service manager. I left Shauna a message and she called me back within an hour. I was worried and I really appreciated Shauna’s quick response. Shauna listened to my concerns and promised to look into it right away and she did! Shauna spoke to the service manager, bird dogged what was happening with my Corvette and called me multiple times to keep me informed and to check-in. Faith called me with a service update and explained how the stuck thermostat caused the radiator to leak and why I needed a new radiator. She also let me know that Shauna said SPChevrolet would cover the cost of the radiator. I was so grateful but I don’t know much about cars and I wanted to check with a friend. Faith totally understood and was happy to let me get a second opinion. They were right and I needed a new radiator! Faith let me know they had to order the radiator, which could take up to 8 days. I could not wait 8 days because my mother is palliative and I visit her every night. To rent a car would cost $65 a day, which I could not afford. I asked Faith to ask the service manager if I could just drive my Corvette to and from the hospital while we waited for the radiator to come in. Faith asked me to hold and the kindness continued. While I was holding, Faith spoke to Shauna and Shauna arranged for SPChevrolet to pay for the rental. I was overwhelmed and so grateful but I did not have any way to get to Budget rent-a-car. Faith said no problem they would arrange for an Uber at their cost. Can you believe it? I was so impressed and grateful for their expertise and generosity but especially with their kindness. Every step of the way, Faith and Shauna listened to my concerns, understood where I was coming from and went out of their way to help me. When life threw me lemons, SPChevrolet turned those lemons into lemonade! That is two amazing experiences involving different people at SPChevrolet. I don’t believe that is a coincidence. I believe amazing customer service from amazing people is part of who SPChevrolet is and that is why I will continue to drive all the way across town to get my car serviced at SPChevrolet. Good staff, however over priced, I brought in my own parts and fluids to have installed and put into my vehicle, CV axel and transmission fluid and they charged me 1200$ to do a transmission drain and t parts and fluids to have installed and put into my vehicle, CV axel and transmission fluid and they charged me 1200$ to do a transmission drain and top up and to install a CV axel. A 2-3 hour job max costed me a weeks worth of wages not including my own costs to buy my own parts. Very displeased at the way the dealership conducted business. The staff were good and understanding however could do nothing for me about the price gouge. More

I recently had service done at the dealership. I was extremely disappointed that there was a $180 charge to diagnose the vehicle. It was a shift to park issue and the diagnosis ended up being clos I was extremely disappointed that there was a $180 charge to diagnose the vehicle.
