I have never been more disappointed in a dealership on trying to purchase a new vehicle, the salesman Danny Park, I dealt with was on of the most dishonest person I have dealt with ever purchasing a new trying to purchase a new vehicle, the salesman Danny Park, I dealt with was on of the most dishonest person I have dealt with ever purchasing a new vehicle. It started well, and we felt like a deal had been made, and I put a "fully refundable" deposit on the truck. right up till I spoke with the finance guy, suddenly all the things Danny had promised in the deal were now extra, and my price went up. I told the finance manager about the discrepancies, and was told, "I don't know anything about the deal you had, all I know is my end". I then went back to Danny about the issues, which he seemingly ignored. In the mean time, the dealership decide that I had agreed to buy the truck, regardless of the deal changing on there end from what I was promised by Danny. In the mean time , while waiting for Danny to get back to me in regards to the missing accessories he had promised to include in the deal, they began work on the truck to get it ready for me, which I had assumed that with a discrepancies in our deal would mean a hold on that. As I continue to wait to hear from Danny, I was contacted by a different dealership, in which offered me a better deal, and included everything that I had asked for, unlike the deal Danny did. I reach out to Danny and told him to not worry about it I had a better deal someone else. Quickly my phone rang then, when he found the deal was in jeopardy, but hadn't heard back from before when I asked why the deal we agreed on didn't match in the finance office. Danny then scrambled to save our deal and matched everything I asked for, so I decided to give him another shot. I asked him for a break down of everything included in the deal, he did that, but when I read the breakdown, there again were things missing. I replied to the finance guy that it looked , good , as I didn't want to confuse him like I did before, and reached out to Danny again to tell him he was missing one of the accessories. And if he could add it the deal was his, his reply was simply "thanks appreciate it" completely disregarding the missing accessory. I reach out and told the other deal that I was going with Danny, because I was trying to be loyal to him. Under an hour later the other dealership reached out and made me an offer I couldn't say no to. I texted Danny to say I was going with the other guy and our deal was off. I asked for my "full refundable " deposit back on the truck , and they refused to give it back stating the work had began, so I dont get it back. I was never told anything about that, until after the deal had been canceled. I have not gotten a call back from any form of management in regards to it , even at my request. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP OR DANNY PARK, STAY AWAY, there are much better dealerships around Edmonton that actually treat there customers with respect and don't steal from you. More

I have to give Prabir the highest rating for being a product advisor and not a salesman. We were looking for a new truck and he was thorough, professional and never used any pressure sales techniques of product advisor and not a salesman. By far the WORST customer service experience I've EVER had! Sales manager, Darren Bannink has been extremely unhelpful, argumentative, and unresponsive in trying to help me. I bought my truck last May, an had! Sales manager, Darren Bannink has been extremely unhelpful, argumentative, and unresponsive in trying to help me. I bought my truck last May, and as an incentive to "buy the truck today", I asked that a set of winter tires be included. After a couple of phone calls, they eventually agreed. When I went to put the winter tires on in November, I found out that they were not appropriate for my vehicle. They were regular p-series tires meant for a half tonne truck, as opposed to LT tires required for the safety, load capacity, and correct tire pressure for my 3/4 tonne truck. I contacted the salesperson I had purchased from, as he was my only contact, and he agreed that they were inappropriate for the vehicle and that he would pass it on to his manager to be resolved. After weeks of me emailing asking what was happening to fix this, with non committal responses, the response emails stopped. About a month and a half later in February, I received a phone call from Darren the sales manager. After having to re-explain the situation to him, he said he would show the pictures I sent in November to his mechanic and see what they say. He phoned me back and told me these are "absolutely the right tires for your truck" and "I dont know what else to tell you". Being at work at the time, I told him I'd look at the pictures again and call him back. Called him back 5 minutes later after I realized he showed the wrong picture, showing only the pic of the correct all season tires I sent for comparison. I left him a voicemail stating this and to call me back asap. Never heard back. About a month later I tried calling again, 3 times leaving voicemails with him again. Eventually he called me back and said "I'm not sure what I can do for you here". I told him I'd resend him pics of the incorrect tires and he can figure out what to do from there. I did so, heard back from him once 2 days later (after multiple emails asking for an update), and he asked for more pictures. I did so again, and sent every angle of the tires as well as the low air pressure indicator for all tires inside the truck, and have yet to hear anything again for the last 4 days. So nothing has been resolved for me in the 4 months since I first reached out, and I've been told I'm wrong multiple times despite the evendence I've shown them, and now the contact has stopped completely. I'm completely fed up with this lack of service, for something that should have been recognized by the professionals in the first place. More

Although we had to postpone our purchase due to other extenuating circumstances, we will definitely be looking to work with Scott again to proceed with our purchase in the near future.
