Bought a used 2019 GMC Sierra from SPC back in September. Got it for a pretty good deal, along with a parts credit I ended up using for steps and winter tires. Ryan Ayotte is an excellent salesman who actually follows through with customer service. I ended up having an issue with the truck and Ryan and his management team slowly but surely got to the bottom of the issue, working out coverage for the repairs and whatnot. It took around a month to get it settled, but the sales department was informative and helpful. I'd like to say they did not forget about me as a customer (as other dealerships have done), even after they already made the sale. However, I do believe the service department needs some restructuring, as the staff I dealt with were less than stellar with their attitude and service. I was charged for a leak test that I should not have been charged for and was treated like just another number by Peter Scott. No ounce of customer service in the "service" department. One bad apple, etc. It was later refunded to me, but the headache with the thought of footing a large repair bill due to his attitude was stress I could have done without, especially after purchasing a new (to me) truck. In addition to that, the service manager was also quite dismissive (can't be bothered to remember her name) when I came in to get the truck repaired. I was told to check in with her and was told, "You don't need me for that; any of the other service advisors can help you". Overall a good experience in purchasing a vehicle here. See Ryan if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle. I'd avoid the service department if you can. More

Well I wanted to like the experience here. But it has been awful in the long run. To start with my salesman was great, he made a couple of mistakes one big one, but owned it. Didn't find out until after I bought. My biggest issue is how little help the dealership as a whole has been after the fact. I'm trying to get the maintenence plan refunded and a different pack. I called them, they told me to call gm finacial, gm finacial told me to call the dealership. Been 4 days waiting to hear back about a simple question. Just refund my money you theives it isn't that complicated. Then I could sell the mistake of a truck and put the whole experience behind me. Never buy from this dealership if you like timely professional help. The buyer I had for my truck backed out because they were taking so long refunding the money back to the loan so it could be paid off. Terrible terrible terrible experience. Once they have your money you don't matter anymore. More

The service department needs a complete overhaul. They lie about problems my truck has and try to upscale extras. Had my transmission oil change two weeks prior to my oil change at your dealership and tec lie about problems my truck has and try to upscale extras. Had my transmission oil change two weeks prior to my oil change at your dealership and tech comments were dirty oil. Ins on the invoice. Lie about transmission program goes after couple of days so nothing to pull about the problem. Your dealership is not people friendly but only concerned about how much money I will give them. They told me transmission clunk is normal. Fun GMC doesn’t tell you that when you buy the truck. I will never set foot in your dealership or ones owned by your shareholders.
