Have a service/ inspection done nov 10 2022. I ve never felt more ripped off. Inspection is done according to the service intervals. They changed me for a wheel alignment that wasn't needed I ve never felt more ripped off. Inspection is done according to the service intervals. They changed me for a wheel alignment that wasn't needed .it's the 1st alignment inspection since i got the truck, it should be parr of service package. But it's not so they can make 160.00 vehicle doesn't even have 40 thousand km on it. They changed for window chip seal even when I have purchased a protection package, supposedly it was to be covered but charged for still. They changed me for asking if the paint that's peeling off front end is covered by warranty or protection package. They charge you for anything that you bring up as a concern. I bought the truck from here new expecting to get good service but all I have is grief. Salesman says he will help then won't even respond to test or email. I will be purchasing a few more new vehicles but from someone else after the way I have been treated. If you're looking for good service and a place that you feel is looking after you then look somewhere else. More

Service sucks never fixed right and if they mess up they don’t own it. As different dealership found the error with video proof. Sherwood said nope wasn’t them even tho they were the only ones to work on th don’t own it. As different dealership found the error with video proof.
