I had just come off a terrible experience with another dealership (buyer beware - the dealership advertised price is the price you should be paying, plus GST and finance fees. David Shull proved me wrong, and then some! I’m in Calgary, they’re in Edmonton and we took care of everything online, from pricing the Kona to estimating my trade in, right down to signing off on the sale. The part that truly makes this dealership stand out is their transparency and empathy. I was treated like a human, rather than someone who they could scam a few extra dollars out of. The entire team I worked WITH and not against made this somewhat stressful process a pleasure - Jarid in Finance, Vince the Sales Manager and my man, David, who was so personable, going above and beyond to get me into the vehicle I fell in love with. Was a little upset with the dog hair still in the vehicle. Finance could not get the numbers correct on bill of sale, had to contact several times to correct the final purchase price??? Right now, I am not happy because I live in the north and cannot just bring my truck when I have issues. I was very specific when I dropped the truck off that I needed this fixed because I drive there on and cannot just bring my truck when I have issues. I was very specific when I dropped the truck off that I needed this fixed because I drive there once a year. I told the service I need this fixed while I was in Edmonton. When I got my truck back the issue I have with my truck was not fixed. Service was great but NO ONE called to make sure they even were fixing the problem. They said I needed"new" rubber but that is not causing issues at all. The person who checked me couldn't even tell it was fixed, she just read what I can read myself on the report. It was more like she just wanted to get rid of me. More
