One big thing that I did not see from the other dealerships is that, this dealership "cared" about me. This means, they explained everything that needs explanation, answered all my questions and guided me towards getting the best car in the world! They even picked me up from my house to their office when I needed a ride! I will, definitely, recommend this dealership to all. The receptionist put me through to Danny, from the begaining of the phone call he asked me every possible question about the truck I was buying and every option I wanted to see in it to the end of the truck find. Danny didn't have the truck on the lot so he went beyond his way to get the truck I wanted on the sales lot and worked numerous hours to make it happen, since theres a big shortage of brand new trucks available. The price he gave was the best I ever heard of from any dealership quote I got. When he was able to get the truck in so quick I made the decision to give Sherwood Park Chev all my work for aftermarket accessories to be put on the truck! When the truck arrived on the lot for accessorie upgrades Danny gave me updates of the progress of the work by text and photos, and the work was the best I ever seen on any new truck out there lots of pride was shown in all the workmanship. From start to finish Danny was there along the way to make sure I was satisfied and very happy and he was very straight forward on any questions I had! Sherwood Park Chev is a really friendly and family orientated dealership they looked after me in the best possible way they could in a customer. I have had all my vehicles serviced with this dealership since 20001, even before they moved from their old location on Argyl Road to their new state I have had all my vehicles serviced with this dealership since 20001, even before they moved from their old location on Argyl Road to their new state of the act facility in Sherwood Park. The dealership was then Nicholson and I even bought several vehicles there. I am not to impressed with the sales portion of the dealership, however I hope they have made improvements in that area. The only reason I keep going back to this dealership is the personalized, friendly service I receive from most of the service staff. There are currently three service personal that have made my dealings with Sherwood Park Chevrolet (formerly know as Nicholson's) the best service I have encounter anywhere in Canada - and I have been in every province. The best service personnel were Roy and Trent when it was Nicholson. Now that it is Sherwood Park Chevrolet and in a more updated facility, I appreciate that their service has not been decreased. Thanks to Shawna, she strives to ensure honest, friendly and first rate service is provided to her customers. Shana has continuously been there when I not only needed regular service, but every time there has been several non-scheduled events. Shawna is very friendly, efficient and she keeps me in the know with all my service requirements. Windshield I brought my Camaro in for service and found out the dealer did windshields. Once it came in I booked in my car through Shawna and she was able to get it done quickly for me and it looks great. Shawna did a great job with taking care of my car and always does, I know I can trust her with it and will continue to come back. A special note for the cashier Gail, she is amazing with customers and always makes me feel special. She knows my name, has my keys ready for me, and everyone always seems so happy that I am there. He was very patient and attentive and even called a few times after the sale to see how I was enjoying my new vehicle. On the service side I dealt with Shawna. Shawna is a god send. She was also ridiculously helpful and gave such a high level of service that I would continue to go to this location for years just because of her service alone. She did so much extra work for my deal. I was asking about different rim/tire options and she investigated so many different websites and prices for me. She made it so easy for me to make up my mind on a number of options I was considering. For the financing I dealt with Liane and she too was very polite and attentive. She answered all of my financing questions and made me feel very comfortable with all of my financing options. All in all it was a very pleasurable and smooth buying experience. More
