One in a million! I have bought 2 sports cars from Jim, a 2013 ZL1 Camaro and a 2014 corvette Stingray! I couldn't be happier with these cars. I have to say, Jim is one I have bought 2 sports cars from Jim, a 2013 ZL1 Camaro and a 2014 corvette Stingray! I couldn't be happier with these cars. I have to say, Jim is one of a kind... After buying my first car from Jim it didn't stop there with the friendly and courteous service I got from Sherwood Park Chevrolet. From time to time I would call and enquire about other cars and Jim would be right on it, I'm positive the guy doesn't sleep! Lol Jim is the most educated and knowledgeable sales person I've ever had the chance to deal with when buying a sports car, he has never steered me in the wrong direction. Not your typical salesman, not at all pushy, I felt really comfortable dealing with him in person ad well as on the phone. I never write these reviews but I really felt obligated to write this review because this guy really lives and breathes cars... I was really excited when I picked up my Camaro, I think Jim was more excited than I was... Lol. I would advise anyone who goes there to deal directly with him... Trust me, you're not going to get a better salesman, I'm very surprised he hasn't been snatched up by a bigger more luxurious car dealership selling million dollar cars... :) I had hundreds of questions for Jim during the process of buying both my cars, I do believe he answered all of them ... I can't stress how hard this guy must work! What you see is what you get with Jim, he's not trying to sell you a car... He lets u decide if you want to buy... He just gives you the low down on the vehicle you are inquiring about and he knows his stuff... From my experience, he never let me buy a car that he truly thought I wouldn't be satisfied with... It's not all about making a quick buck for Jim it seems... And that goes a long way with me! I now know him as Jim "the stingray" McEwen , lol He'll of a guy. Thanks for all your help Jim! Also, their Business Manager, the friendliest Heidi, knew what she was doing that she got me a student rebate and that she processed my papers in less than two days! One big thing that I did not see from the other dealerships is that, this dealership "cared" about me. This means, they explained everything that needs explanation, answered all my questions and guided me towards getting the best car in the world! They even picked me up from my house to their office when I needed a ride! I will, definitely, recommend this dealership to all. The receptionist put me through to Danny, from the begaining of th I phoned Sherwood Park Inquiring about a brand new 2015 2500 silver duramax diesel. The receptionist put me through to Danny, from the begaining of the phone call he asked me every possible question about the truck I was buying and every option I wanted to see in it to the end of the truck find. Danny didn't have the truck on the lot so he went beyond his way to get the truck I wanted on the sales lot and worked numerous hours to make it happen, since theres a big shortage of brand new trucks available. The price he gave was the best I ever heard of from any dealership quote I got. When he was able to get the truck in so quick I made the decision to give Sherwood Park Chev all my work for aftermarket accessories to be put on the truck! When the truck arrived on the lot for accessorie upgrades Danny gave me updates of the progress of the work by text and photos, and the work was the best I ever seen on any new truck out there lots of pride was shown in all the workmanship. From start to finish Danny was there along the way to make sure I was satisfied and very happy and he was very straight forward on any questions I had! Sherwood Park Chev is a really friendly and family orientated dealership they looked after me in the best possible way they could in a customer.
