Windshield I brought my Camaro in for service and found out the dealer did windshields. Once it came in I booked in my car through Shawna and she was able to get it done quickly for me and it looks great. Shawna did a great job with taking care of my car and always does, I know I can trust her with it and will continue to come back. She was also ridiculously helpful and gave such a high level of service that I would continue to go to this location for years just because of her service alone. She did so much extra work for my deal. I was asking about different rim/tire options and she investigated so many different websites and prices for me. She made it so easy for me to make up my mind on a number of options I was considering. For the financing I dealt with Liane and she too was very polite and attentive. She answered all of my financing questions and made me feel very comfortable with all of my financing options. All in all it was a very pleasurable and smooth buying experience. More

Service Quality I have been dealing with this location since they moved to Sherwood Park. From the phone calls of reminder to the courtesy at the counter by the above noted service consultants, Sandra Scarth and Shawna Bilozyr. The work is done to my satisfaction at a fair market price and in a timely fashion. I have also had dealings with Wayne Focht the service manager and he has dealt with me in a very professional manner and when I am visiting for service he always stops to say hi. I also have found the parts personnel very knowledgeable and their service has also been top notch. I am planning on purchasing a new vehicle, hopefully in the near future, and my wife and I have already decided that it will be a Chev product from this dealer. Awesome Service I was just looking on the internet and found a used Equinox that I was very interested in. I filled out a couple of online forms and with in about 1hr I was just looking on the internet and found a used Equinox that I was very interested in. I filled out a couple of online forms and with in about 1hr I had a response back via text message from Kevin Ottahal. I texted him back and and the next thing you know we were on the phone,with me giving Kevin all the info he needed to get things going. He said he would have a sales person give me a call after he got the financing started. I told him up front that my credit was not the best as I had some unfortunate things happen. He didn't hesitate once and said don't worry we will get something done for you. To my surprise I received a call from Logan Read the next day, we discussed the vehicle I was looking at and he asked when I could come in. I was out of town and said I would be there on Thursday about 5. Well to keep a long story short, within 2hrs of being there, the deal was done. I would recommend Sherwood Park Chev to anyone out there and if you are looking but scared to go in because your credit may not be the best, all I can say is your missing out on that vehicle your Dreaming of, I can almost guarantee they will make it happen. Please ask for Logan Read, he is pretty new to the sale team but makes you feel right at home. Shawna made an immediate impression on me with how friendly and efficient she was in collecting all my information and listening about my service concern. She got me a recommendation and followed through to the end. Now at their new center in Sherwood Park, I always get a smile and greeting as I drive through the bay. Her attention to detail showed an information error in the system, which she quickly corrected and confirmed it was saved. I was reminded of some unrecorded warranty service options and prices. I thought it was the right amount of information, without the pressure that it absolutely needed to get it done. My follow up call came right on schedule, and the work was all done as discussed. Check out was prompt and I got an informed description of the work before heading to the cashier. Shawna is very customer satisfaction focused, and that is too rare these days. I never hear her complain or make negative comments about anything. It is great to deal with her and look forward to a few more years working with her! More
