They worked hard for their money... :) I went to this dealership not expecting to find anything I wanted but I did find a great SUV I really liked. The problem was going to be the financing I went to this dealership not expecting to find anything I wanted but I did find a great SUV I really liked. The problem was going to be the financing. And sure enough, it didn't go smoothly but it wasn't any fault of theirs. In fact, I'm certain that I couldn't have done the deal if I went elsewhere. They were able negotiate a great price on the vehicle and they really did work hard to overcome the financing obstacles (I'm self-employed). They were honest and up-front with me through the entire process, which for me is the most important quality in the people I deal with. Full props to the crew: you did an outstanding job :) More

I appreciate that Shawna has always responded promptly to any of my inquiries or concerns by phone or email. When I have been quoted a price for service or parts, that's exactly what it is. It appears that Shawna goes over and above average customer service to ensure her customers leave 100% satisfied. They took me on several test drives during times that would normally be inconvenient for most sales people. They went above and beyond to make sure that I got the right car for my situation and did not disappoint. While I was there, they gave us such a good deal and awesome service that my girlfriend purchased a vehicle herself. We felt like part of the family and continue to keep in touch to this day. I will be back next time I require a vehicle and am actually looking forward to car shopping whereas before I avoided car sales people like the plague. They totally changed my view of purchasing and owning a new vehicle and appreciate all the hard work they put in to make sure I was happy. It also helps that they have a great sense of humour. More
