I appreciate that Shawna has always responded promptly to any of my inquiries or concerns by phone or email. When I have been quoted a price for service or parts, that's exactly what it is. It appears that Shawna goes over and above average customer service to ensure her customers leave 100% satisfied. I really enjoy my truck and even though Nicholson moved, I still make the trek to Sherwood Park for my service needs. Keep up the good work SPC! More

They took me on several test drives during times that would normally be inconvenient for most sales people. They went above and beyond to make sure that I got the right car for my situation and did not disappoint. While I was there, they gave us such a good deal and awesome service that my girlfriend purchased a vehicle herself. We felt like part of the family and continue to keep in touch to this day. I will be back next time I require a vehicle and am actually looking forward to car shopping whereas before I avoided car sales people like the plague. They totally changed my view of purchasing and owning a new vehicle and appreciate all the hard work they put in to make sure I was happy. It also helps that they have a great sense of humour. More

One in a million! I have bought 2 sports cars from Jim, a 2013 ZL1 Camaro and a 2014 corvette Stingray! I couldn't be happier with these cars. After buying my first car from Jim it didn't stop there with the friendly and courteous service I got from Sherwood Park Chevrolet. From time to time I would call and enquire about other cars and Jim would be right on it, I'm positive the guy doesn't sleep! Lol Jim is the most educated and knowledgeable sales person I've ever had the chance to deal with when buying a sports car, he has never steered me in the wrong direction. Not your typical salesman, not at all pushy, I felt really comfortable dealing with him in person ad well as on the phone. I never write these reviews but I really felt obligated to write this review because this guy really lives and breathes cars... I was really excited when I picked up my Camaro, I think Jim was more excited than I was... Lol. I would advise anyone who goes there to deal directly with him... Trust me, you're not going to get a better salesman, I'm very surprised he hasn't been snatched up by a bigger more luxurious car dealership selling million dollar cars... :) I had hundreds of questions for Jim during the process of buying both my cars, I do believe he answered all of them ... I can't stress how hard this guy must work! What you see is what you get with Jim, he's not trying to sell you a car... He lets u decide if you want to buy... He just gives you the low down on the vehicle you are inquiring about and he knows his stuff... From my experience, he never let me buy a car that he truly thought I wouldn't be satisfied with...
