After going to 14 different car dealerships in Edmonton, St. Albert, and surrounding area I found a dealership (Sherwook Park Nissan) that treated me with respect and more over the fact that I was NOT just St. Albert, and surrounding area I found a dealership (Sherwook Park Nissan) that treated me with respect and more over the fact that I was NOT just another number. I am EXTREMELY happy with the purchase of my vehicle. Mack Chomin went out of his way to make buying a vehicle less stressful and hassle free. I appreciate professionalism and accurate knowledge of the vehicle that I am purchasing. I received both at Nissan. All my questions were answered in a timely manner even though I knew how busy they they were there. When issues came up, Mack immediately replaced the battery with a new one and made my transition from a SUV to a car so easy. Mack was even patient with my friend Blaine who came with me to ask 1,784 questions. He answered every question to Blaine's satisfaction and approval. We kept Mac at Nissan past working hours and realized he had been there for over 12 hours answering questions. That's dedication. My friend Blaine and his wife Vivian are very protective of me and when we left that day or rather night, Blaine turned to me and said. ' You know Rose...you are not just a number there... you will be a returning customer... and I think you made the right choice in dealerships...' I agree with Blaine. I did a lot of research on car dealerships and I will be a returning customer to Nissan in Sherwood Park for years to come. A big thank you to Mack Chomin and the Sherwood Park Nissan dealership for exceptional service, professionalism and an all around good experience. More
Thomas, Harry and Bill were all very personable and friendly. No pressure. Answered all our questions. The problem we had would be with the service department. When you pay that much for a PDI ins friendly. No pressure. Answered all our questions. The problem we had would be with the service department. When you pay that much for a PDI inspection you wouldn't expect to have the fluid levels for the Engine coolant, the Power Steering below the Min. mark. They should be in the Min. to Max. range. They couldn't even fill the Windshield washer fluid up. For the amount a person pays for a vehicle, I really didn't expect to be sitting in the Service area 2 days after picking it up. More

It's a reflection on how Sherwood Park Nissan treat (I should rather say trick) their customer. I recently purchased a Nissan Rogue from Sherwood Park Nissan. Gordon helped me initially and and Sales manager agreed to the price after I showed them that I had an offer from other Dearlship. Then I was transferred to the Finance Manager who started the financing process. He gave me an overview of the add on (voluntary services) item such as Undercoat, Paint Protection, extended warranty etc. As we were going through each add on I said yes to some and no to other services. By the time we were coming to the end of the all the add ons, I show some reservation on the item I said Yes to and told Finance Manager that I don't want them however he still tried to up sale me those services. During the next 10/15 minutes, I kept showing my reservation and Finance Manager kept working on Paperworks submitting to Finance Company etc. At the end Finance Manager told me that he can not take those Voluntary item off since it's been submitted to Finance Company. From what I know, we all can ask for less financing hence Finance amount can be reduced at any time before actual paperwork is signed. So at the end, I was given 2 choices, either take the car with these Voluntary items or walk out of the dealership without Car which I think is VERY DISHONEST. THIS GUYS TRICK BUYER INTO SAYING YES AND HAVE THEM SIGN A PAPERWORK INORDER RUN NUMBERS AND THEN THEY WILL SHOW YOU THAT SAME PAPER SAYING THAT ITS BINDING. I WONT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHI. More
Everyone I met and dealt with at the dealership from the sales, manager and finance were all excellent. They were honest and helpful. Showed me options but did not pressure or try and up sell at all. Their services, client care, and accountability are horrible!!!!! If you are lucky to buy a car without any problem, great! I bought a brand new car and the emergency brake doesn't work as it should be horrible!!!!! If you are lucky to buy a car without any problem, great! I ask them to check it out and they did but they said they couldn't do anything, that they are sorry but I have to handle it and then they said they put tape on the camera to help. They put tape to fix my brand new car..........I emailed the sales, service, and branch manager, no one had the courtesy to even reply to me. I went there to complain that my emergency brake doesn't work and they said it's a weather problem. I would like to add that I made this complaint at the beginning of Fall!! there was no snow, just cold weather. Most of my mornings or afternoons my emergency brake doesn't work and no one there cares, they treat me as nonsense and with irony/ sarcasm. Their managers are disrespectful and they don't have an idea what client care means. Do NOT buy your Nissan there! drive a few minutes and buy your car somewhere else. It's worth the drive because they only care about the sale. Horrible client care if you have a problem. More

Another second to none experience at Sherwood Nissan! This occasion was for a winter tires purchase. I found Darren to be open, honest and he provided lots of detail when discussing winter tire options for my Qashqai, and I was impressed Jason and the service team had the flexibility to get my vehicle in and done so quickly at such a hectic time of year. I feel the initial technician whom greeted me (I forget his name, my apologies) was under pressure that I had to wait since there were others whom were also waiting and seemed not as patient, but that’s why I bring my work with me and the time flies. In addition, I recognize vehicle maintenance work takes time (and prefer that since it keeps me alive), and expected to be waiting longer than I was which was only a little over an hour - awesome! I’ve been treated with nothing other than outstanding customer service from everyone at Sherwood Nissan since I walked in the door back in June to purchase my vehicle, and it’s so refreshing to see that level of service be maintained months on. I would see associates you have dealt with previously smile or nod in your direction (Shawn, Cooper), and I found it especially interesting while I was waiting, a regular customer came in to have a chat with an sales associate; the associate went to his office and returned with a company sweater. Now THAT is how to foster returning customer relationships 👏🏼 I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: Sherwood Nissan are changing the game and typically “negative” reputation for car dealerships. Bill knows what he is doing and has curated a team of excellence. I am so appreciative and I got what I came for for a hat trick: efficient, prompt, courteous service at an affordable price.
