I was simply told that I have to get it all done by myself. Went through various calls and holds and finally got to the right department. However, if the issue is under warranty, the diagnostic is covered, but if it is not, then it has to be paid and the cost for it is $179.00 for computer to do a work for an hour, I was shocked. I guess that is the way they treat customers in Sherwood Nissan after being a customer for over 10 years. This was my last purchase in Sherwood Nissan. More

I was already losing hope and decided to call Sherwood Nissan and directly spoke with the New Car Sales Manager (Chris B.), I was straight forward with him in regards to the worse experience that I've had with the other Nissan dealerships. After speaking with him on Friday May 27, 2016, 5pm he didn't only provide me with the best upbeat service but made me feel trusting again in dealing with Nissan overall. He gave me a really really good trade in for my current SUV which the other dealerships did not. Business Manager (Rob D.) worked hard with Chris to give me with the lowest and affordable payment that I couldn't refuse. I will never ever, ever deal with anyone but Sherwood Nissan. I regret not having gone to them in the first place. If you are looking for above the top customer service and overall all good people that will not rip you off, check out Sherwood Nissan before you go anywhere else as I can guarantee it that you will not regret it. Lemon Farm Hi, bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 64k km from here at the end of November. First, we got one set of keys, and had to haggle with them to pay Hi, bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 64k km from here at the end of November. First, we got one set of keys, and had to haggle with them to pay half for the second set. They were adamant about receiving two sets with our trade in. In the first week the doors would not open, took a couple trips and loaners till the problem was fixed. Jeep always pulled to the right from day 1 and we did not mention until now as wife was driving the car. Sherwood park Nissan can't even align it and asked me to go at my expense to Chrysler for a fix... had first oil change and steering fluid seemed to be wrong one causing a leak. Technician refused to top up as he did not know what fluid it was... Constant problems... Not happy with my purchase....lemon, lemon, lemon!!!! Service department has been great however, as they seem to understand the sales are difficult to deal with... More
