Excellent service and customer care. I bought my vehicle here a few months back and didn’t quite like the color I picked. I went back and inquired whether I ca trade-in my vehicle for the color I like. This is when they told me a 2017 Nissan Rogue just came 2 days ago with the color that I like. They checked everything and worked things out and said that they can do it. So, I appreciate and I am glad with their service and customer care since they addressed my inquiries very well. Servicing I checked on the dealer website for the closing time of the Service Department this Saturday September 16th. The site said they closed at 1.30 pm. I checked on the dealer website for the closing time of the Service Department this Saturday September 16th. The site said they closed at 1.30 pm. I called at 1.24 pm. I was told by the receptionist that the Service Department was closed and all it's personnel had already left for the day. I was asked to book an appointment on line or call back Monday. I then called Sherwood Park Muffler who were super nice mad were open. Terrible service by Nissan. More

Being a woman I sometimes find service can be daunting because I don't understand all the mechanical parts and how they work. My service advisor Merrick, was not only helpful and courteous, but he went out of his way to explain how the parts worked so I could understand. Considering I didn't have an appointment, the service department still squeezed me in and offered a free complimentary car wash and shuttle service to my home and back. I definitely will be going back for any vehicle maintenance. Great experience, Thanks! More
