All around great service. Tyler was very helpful and patiently explained routine work items carefully to me so I fully understood the service being performed. He went over everything gain providing any clarification after completion of the work. I was a little shocked when the shop inspection revealed 3 small leaks (2 x oil, 1 x a/c) on my 2021 CRV; these were explained to me by Tyler prior to any repairs being performed (Note: all repair work was performed under Warranty). In hindsight, I'm grateful I purchased the extended warranty just before the 60,000 kms (*Warranty) came due. In closing I would add, whenever I go the Sherwood Honda, every employee I meet goes the extra mile, even the shuttle bus drivers (no pun intended). More

Emergency flat tire repair on 2026 two-month-old Honda CRV Hybrid on easter weekend. Excellent service. Except I was promised a car wash. And that didn’t happen. My main concern is how angry I am that the tire pressure sensors have been discontinued. We even had that functionality as far back as our 2011. Honda CRV! It was shocking and very frustrating to discover the hard way that there are no longer any tire sensors!!! More
