He went over everything gain providing any clarification after completion of the work. I was a little shocked when the shop inspection revealed 3 small leaks (2 x oil, 1 x a/c) on my 2021 CRV; these were explained to me by Tyler prior to any repairs being performed (Note: all repair work was performed under Warranty). In hindsight, I'm grateful I purchased the extended warranty just before the 60,000 kms (*Warranty) came due. In closing I would add, whenever I go the Sherwood Honda, every employee I meet goes the extra mile, even the shuttle bus drivers (no pun intended). More

Emergency flat tire repair on 2026 two-month-old Honda CRV Hybrid on easter weekend. Excellent service. Except I was promised a car wash. And that didn’t happen. My main concern is how angry I am that CRV Hybrid on easter weekend. Excellent service. Except I was promised a car wash. And that didn’t happen. My main concern is how angry I am that the tire pressure sensors have been discontinued. We even had that functionality as far back as our 2011. Honda CRV! It was shocking and very frustrating to discover the hard way that there are no longer any tire sensors!!! More

In the past we've had some truly dreadful experiences at auto dealerships, and specifically with salespeople. This is not the experience we've had at Sherwood Honda. It has been one of the best customer service experiences we've ever had. We were in search of our next vehicle when we initially stopped in at their location in Sherwood Park while running a gauntlet of visits to various dealerships in the Edmonton area. We met Ricardo during that first visit. He was attentive and helpful, but what set the experience apart was it never felt like a typical car sales pitch, rather it felt genuine. And this incredible service carried forward through numerous subsequent visits, messages, and phone calls as we worked through what our next purchase would be. He has fundamentally reset our expectations for what working with a dealership salesperson should be like. Our experience with everyone at Sherwood Honda has been very positive, even though we ultimately went a different route. We agonized over our decision, and nearly passed on a great opportunity elsewhere due to the level of service we received at Sherwood Honda (and the 2026 Passport is a really good mid-sized SUV).
