Had the pleasure of dealing with Grant at Sherwood Ford when purchasing a new F150. He was very patient with us, went through all the options, and gave us ample time to figure things out with no sales pres when purchasing a new F150. He was very patient with us, went through all the options, and gave us ample time to figure things out with no sales pressure or tactics. I was not "sold" a vehicle but rather I was helped in making a good decision. I appreciated his knowledge of towing capabilities as well, as other sales people I have talked to tend to overestimate a vehicle's capabilities in this regard. Overall a very good experience both with Grant and the dealership. More
