Although I love my edge and baby it I am very disappointed in the service department. Booked an appointment for overheating and a few days before that it ended up snapping serpentine belts, which disappointed in the service department. Booked an appointment for overheating and a few days before that it ended up snapping serpentine belts, which I told them of. After almost 3 hours of diagnostics they insisted of at $195 an hour, they fixed my serpentine belts (told ya but thanks for billing me) and they told me my cooling system rated fine. I called two days later as it was still overheating to be told they would look at it for diagnostics again at another $195 an hour. So I took it elsewhere to find out my fans had shorted out and that's why I was overheating. 2k later for only $500 in parts at Ford, I have got another place to actually fix what was wrong in the first place without charging me a tonne to do it ($800 including labor at a different auto shop) Very, very disappointed in the service department but still love my ford, I will just never take it back to Sherwood ford for service again.
