A lot of dealerships will preach that but I have only found one that lives it and that's what Sherwood Ford does. The sales staff aren't there to pounce on you once you enter the lot, they are there to help you find what you want and make sure you are completely satisfied. There is no pressure sales they are confident in their product and the smile on their faces is genuine, they truly want you to be happy and satisfied. I was fortunate to work with Lyndon Taylor and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about their products and I believe he has a very bright future at Sherwood Ford. Greatest car buying experience ever! I was looking for a 2015 Mustang GT for my wife and found a bunch of them that Sherwood Ford had posted on Kijiji. I called the dealership and was con I was looking for a 2015 Mustang GT for my wife and found a bunch of them that Sherwood Ford had posted on Kijiji. I called the dealership and was connected with Julio. Right from "hello", Julio was pleasant and very helpful. I told him the car we wanted and he hooked us up with his new car manager Chris (who was also very pleasant). By the end of the conversation we had purchased a 2015 GT in Deep Impact Blue. We drove to Sherwood Park from Calgary the next day to get the car. Julio waited for us at the dealership, even though they were technically closed and showed us the car. Surprisingly, the finance manager Robert also remained behind to help us finalize the paperwork. We agreed to pick up the car the next morning at 11am. The car was ready and delivered to us on time as promised. We were on the road to Calgary in 30 minutes. This was one of the most expedient, smooth and pleasant car buying experiences we've ever had. We would highly recommend Sherwood Ford and all the folks who helped us! More
