I just got it back today and I couldn't be more impressed or AMAZED at the fantastic work that several of the teams at Sherwood Ford executed. I had to have the steering box, rear main seal, and ignition replaced, as well as 4x4 fixed. Now my big old 6.0L is back to running like a top and driving like a dream (a really loud, purring dream)! I am so amazed at how great she sounds and how wonderful she drives :D The detailing team also did an immaculate job, to get all the fingerprint dust and other dirt and debris out of the truck. The folks who put my interior back together - another fanastic job, little pieces of trum that had been removed were all back in place and the bluetooth mic that was ripped out was installed even better than before :) The exterior came back spotless with the bush bumper and everything polished :D The service coordinator also worked SO hard to answer all of my questions and coordinate with my insurance company and was such a pleasure to speak with! I've no doubt that many hours of hard work with great attenion to detail went into the mechanical as well as interior and exterior - it is practically a new truck and I couldn't be more happy! Thank you ALL so very much for the great experience, I'm so excited to get back to driving my baby!! More
