Perfect Experience! The snow started falling and I figured it was time to look for a truck. I saw online they had awesome deals. I didn't expect to purchase right away but from the minute I stepped into the door, my sales guy Drew Steele made everything I wanted/needed a reality. Sherwood Ford gave me a fair value on my trade-in which simplified things immensely. Drew was very patient with me and took the time to show me a multitude of trucks. When I finally chose one, he and Lucas (Manager) showed me multiple different payment options. They even went the extra mile and addressed my concern of having to clean up after my toddler by getting custom leather installed, which I'm very thankful for and it looks amazing. They gave me a great deal on the truck and we found a payment plan that worked perfectly. I had to call my wife because I had told her I was only going to look at trucks not buy one. Luckily she was pleasantly surprised that the cost to buy was much lower than anticipated. I honestly could not have asked for a better salesman (Drew Steele), Manager (Lucas Samu) and Finance (Tyler Kick). Everyone made this a very exciting experience which is what it should be. Great experience! After a disappointing experience at another Ford dealership, a friend recommended we go to Sherwood Ford. We stopped by early on a Saturday morning an After a disappointing experience at another Ford dealership, a friend recommended we go to Sherwood Ford. We stopped by early on a Saturday morning and talked to Sales Manager Chris Suvanto and explained our previous experience at the other dealership and what vehicle we were looking for. He quickly introduced us to Luke Suvanto and within minutes the Ford Explorer Sport was pulled up and ready for us to take it for a test drive. Luke made sure to walk us around the car from front to back and showed us all the safety features and inner workings. You can tell he really knows these vehicles from top to bottom and it was good to finally deal with someone who took the time to really explain everything. Luke and Chris were able to offer us a very fair number on a 2017 Ford Explorer Sport and a good trade in value on my Ford Focus. Sharbel in Finance was also great to work with and was able to help us get everything we wanted with payments we were comfortable with. I highly recommend stopping by Sherwood Ford.
