When I have an appointment for 7:30 they take my vehicle in at 7:30, and when I leave my vehicle there I know the service is getting done right away not 3 to 4 hour later, for oil change or change of part, if something else is need like I air filter ect… they contacted myself to ask before carrying on, it was by text as I requested, as I work in a flammable area an only check my phone once in a while. Thank you for the support and service, I recommend this dealer ship as someone has recommended it to me and been very happy with the service since day one. And shuttle back to work. More

They also email you a copy of the invoice so there are no surprises when you pick up your vehicle. Would highly recommend to everyone especially other Ford owners as the service sets them apart from other dealerships. More
