Tried the rest before experiencing the best! Since getting into my first F150 in 2013 I haven't looked back. My wife and I only drive Ford vehicles and couldn't be happier. I have had two F150's since then and my wife is now driving her second Ford as well. This is not my first experience at Sherwood Ford and surely won't be my last. My prior vehicles were from a different Ford dealership that seems to no longer care about their repeat customers. After yet another negative experience with them I decided to venture elsewhere and that is how I became a Sherwood Ford customer. My first deal with them was on a 2016 F150 which is a company vehicle that I picked up at Sherwood Ford and now I have picked up another vehicle for personal use which is a 2017 Edge Sport. If you have ever had a negative experience at another dealership or simply want a change of scenery look no further. I don't often do reviews but I was so pleased with Mike Miskew and Sherwood Ford that I needed to write this review. From start to finish the deal was a piece of cake. I told Mike what I wanted and he made it happen. Mike is hands down the best salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Mike made a personal connection with me and didn't just look at me as another sale. There was no pressure and he made sure I was getting exactly the right vehicle and features that I was looking for. Garrett was friendly enough & held a firm bottom line on what he felt my trade in was worth. I would've been ecstatic if I'd gotten more dollars for my trade in but overall felt I was treated fairly. This dealership has a fairly open book policy regarding showing you what's been done & what they've paid & what others comparable are being bought & sold for. Matt makes things happen for every time, for a 3 of our ford ranging from an 15' F150 to f350 Diesel with a consistent turnaround , great knowledge of both gas/ diesel and gets me in quickly every time and actually explains charges and labor when we review them. He's the main reason why I've decided to continue bringing my vehicles in the Sherwood ford. Great guy. Sales- Mark Adamson all the way! More
