Candis was the service person who was dealing with my truck and she was very informative and helpful. She stayed in contact and updated me along the whole way and got me a great deal on my parts I needed. She also gave me lots of options for my fixes letting me know what the cheapest and also what she recommended. All my problems that I had were fixed and they were able to prevent a few more problems from becoming big problems. I had a great time and even when I had questions the next day after Candis was more than happy to answer them. Overall this trip exceeded my expectations and has been the best time I have had at a dealership. More

Service Department is Exceptional I decided to move our trucks (F150 & F350 diesel) service needs after poor service at our previous Edmonton dealership. What a fantastic change, they I decided to move our trucks (F150 & F350 diesel) service needs after poor service at our previous Edmonton dealership. What a fantastic change, they gave me a list of issues with the F350 (including costs) after routine oil change. On Monday they fixed all our issues fixed and they went above and beyond. We live about 25 minutes east of Sherwood Park and I had to figure out a way to get a drive in to pick up the truck, Curtis our service adviser made special arrangements to have me picked up and I drove our nice shiny clean truck home. The biggest change from our previous dealership was the great communication and having the truck ready on time. More
