We first inquired online about one of their trucks and within 15 minutes we had a real response with actual helpful information. We described what we were looking for and what we wanted and the very first vehicle Danny Greenbank suggested was the vehicle we bought. no where else I was back at sherwood ford recently because I needed a tire due to a flat I had. I hate driving on a donut tire so I called to see when I could get m I was back at sherwood ford recently because I needed a tire due to a flat I had. I hate driving on a donut tire so I called to see when I could get my vehicle in and talked to Service. I explained my situation and they got me in first thing the next am. I immediately received the info that I would probably need to get two new tires as that would be required if the vehicle was front wheel drive (need to match). Needless to say (being an old school guy) I understood the reasoning but still thought that I was a victim of new technology. Candis had the two new tires ordered in and I took shuttle to work. Received call from Candis that afternoon and she advised that the tech managed to save my existing tire and I did not need to purchase two new ones. She also stated they would keep the two new ones in stock for a few days just in case the salvage was not as effective as they hoped. In todays economy and competitive markets it is sure refreshing to see a MAJOR company actually look out for the interests of the customer and not necessarily the sales dollars to be made., Candis is the second customer service person I have had the pleasure to deal with in the last two months at sherwood ford. Kudos definitely goes to sherwood ford for the people the employ as they are definitely the most courteous, professional and customer SUPPORTIVE individuals I ever met. I can see a company have a representative that might be a star in their role, but to have an entire staff of them is definitely a rare thing. I ill not go to another dealer and our next vehicle will definitely be a ford product from sherwood ford as the after sales service provided there is the standard which others strive to achieve.
