Thoughtful Service Center- Curtis My interaction with Curtis was very limited but I must say that he was very polite and cheerful. Upon arrival he checked the work history on my Ford Fusion to make sure that I was up to date on the scheduled maintenance requirements. I told him I would be waiting while my car was being serviced. I had the choice of enjoying the massage chair, watching sports on the TV,using the WiFi and enjoying a cup of coffee! The wait did not seem to be as long as I had anticipated when Curtis showed up with a smile and said that my vehicle was ready. He stayed with me as the paperwork was completed and then showed me where my car was parked. Maybe for some, good manners don't mean much but for me it is as important as driving a safe vehicle. More
