I was initially greeted at the door by the President of the company and he introduced me to Jerry. Jerry was eager to gain my business and was considerate and flexible with what I was looking for. Jerry truly went above and beyond his normal work hours to accommodated my shift work schedule by being available to me most hours of the day. Jerry made the process of selecting and purchasing a new F150 very easy and pleasurable. Jerry recognized my budget and was respectful of that. We agreed to a price that was bang on what I wanted to pay. The follow up once I was out the door has been great as well. Said I would never buy a Ford but I did and love it. I was in the market for a new truck so I phoned multiple dealerships including Sherwood ford. I was not a ford fan but thought I should entertain the I was in the market for a new truck so I phoned multiple dealerships including Sherwood ford. I was not a ford fan but thought I should entertain the idea and see what Sherwood ford could offer in a truck for an affordable price. I described what I wanted in a truck and the budget I had to Jerry at Sherwood ford. He was eager and happy to look for a truck that meet our criteria. Jerry soon called me back and explained to me some options. We went to Sherwood ford that evening meet Jerry and checked out this 2018 F150. The truck itself was comfortable and meet the needs of what we wanted out of the truck. It also came close to our budget. long story short we bought the truck and Jerry made sure we were pleased with the deal before and after the sale. Any questions I had he made sure to get answered for us. Jerry made our experience very good and is why I give a 5 star review. And the truck is amazing!! More

I decided to purchase the vehicle shortly after, the finance department moved me through the process just as quick and explained the approval and finance options very well. The sales person responsible for this service was Esky. Ontop of doing such a grade A job with the original sale, he was availible for the abundance of questions i had the following days. This was due to later deciding to trade in my previous car as part of the deal. I should mention that i was also offered 40% more trade in value for my vehicle vs another dealerships offer on the trade. All in all i couldnt be happier with my experience, and there is no doubt i would recomend this dealership and Esky in particular for a quality no "BS" experience. More
