I was given prompt service and quotes, and Wally paid attention to our needs and wants. I told the sales manager that we were not basing this purchase on a specific brand but rather the best value. We shopped other dealerships, and openly discussed comparison of price points and options. The warranty and maintenance package was an important part of our purchase. Wally understood those needs, and put together a package that aligned with them. Sherwood Ford delivered on everything they promised and the follow up calls and texts were part of this positive customer service. By far the customer service from this dealership was the best I have experienced in Sherwood Park, and surpassed my expectations. I will recommend Wally and this store to others. More

Amazing Service at Sherwood Ford! I was shopping for a new F150 and came in contact with Julio through Sherwood Ford's web page. I was also shopping in my home town of Grande Prairie. Julio was awesome in providing me all the information I asked for. Through many emails, texts and phone calls (including after hours) my questions were always answered and quotes on different versions of trucks readily given. Everything was very up front, honest, prompt, and professional. Much more then I can say for my local dealership. I made the decision to go with Sherwood Ford because of the great service and attention they gave me. Dealing with Julio and Nick over the phone and through the internet looking at different trucks we were able to strike a great deal. I drove to Sherwood Park to pick up the truck and was greeted warmly. During our negotiations one small detail was missed (very understandable mistake and not a big deal). They right away apologized and sent us for a great lunch that they picked up the tab for while they fixed the issue (just adding different mud flaps). I must say everyone from the Julio (salesperson), and Nick (manager), and Tyler (finance) were exceptional. My wife and I were really made to feel we were valued customers. I highly recommend Julio and Sherwood Ford. I drove 10 hours there and back to deal with them and get my truck and would do it again in a heart beat. Easily the best sales experience I have had at a vehicle dealership and probably in any capacity. More

A miscommunication happened with the deposit/down payment and when I tried to speak to him he said he would get back to me, never did, ignored two voicemails and an email. Clearly not interested in helping me after I had signed papers and left. More
