My wife and myself could not have been more impressed by dan’s professionalism and courtesy in the way he answered our inquiries in finding the right unit for us. Not at all pushy or condescending, but very attentive to what our needs were and the honesty he answered questions with was quite refreshing. If you are looking for a New Ford or even a New to you vehicle regardless of make, you would be making a mistake not to contact this gentleman as he will go to great lengths to make it right for you! Don’t waste time anywhere else! After not so great of an experience at a dealership in Fort McMurray we decided to try a trip down to Sherwood Ford in Edmonton. My husbands boss highly recommended them so we have it a go. We inquired on a vehicle online and Corey quickly called me back. I told him what we were looking for and he very quickly starting sending us options that were great fits. When we were ready to move onto finance Corey handed us over into Hannys capable hands. Hanny managed to get us 0% financing- after the other dealership offered us 12.99%- so we ended up being able to get a new truck within our original budget. Rahul, the manger worked some magic to make it all come together. And the amazing service doesn’t end when you leave the lot. I can text Corey with any questions or requests and he never lets us done. We are super happy with our 2018 F150 and will definitely be sticking with Sherwood Ford for any future purchases.
