Terrible service and dishonest employees I took my Edge to Sherwood Ford because the rear-view mirror was shaking and while trying to remove it they took a big chunk out the windshield. They I took my Edge to Sherwood Ford because the rear-view mirror was shaking and while trying to remove it they took a big chunk out the windshield. They lied and told me it was hanging off when they got the vehicle, so I'm not sure how a giant chunk of glass came out when they took it off. They also tried to hide the fact that they damaged it by telling me they just didn't have adhesive strong enough to attach it back on, and would be sending it to a windshield shop to get it put back on. When I arrived at the dealership to speak with the service manager about the issue the first thing he said to me was "why do you look like you want to punch me in the face?" Gives you an idea of their level of professionalism & respect. I've had several issues with the service department. Do not trust your vehicle with these people - go elsewhere. More

Not what I expected. I had been working with Zeno for over a month looking for a truck that I really liked. When I found one that I thought I was going to buy I booked a d I had been working with Zeno for over a month looking for a truck that I really liked. When I found one that I thought I was going to buy I booked a day off work to come down and get the paperwork done. After test driving it, a loaded 2014 F150 I sat in the finance Managers office for well over an hour by myself. They had decided that I wasn’t going to like the rate on that truck and that I should get a new one. Even though the truck I wanted was cheaper than my trade in. When I was dealing with Tyler the finance guy I asked him directly if they are going to pay out the remaining balance owing on the trade in, and he said they were. Which I found out later the next week to be a lie. Makes me wonder if they were lying about why I couldn’t get the original truck I wanted. When I went to pick up my truck after it had been detailed they had also lost my keys and left me there waiting for an hour while they tried to find them. More
