Had an awesome buying experience I came to Sherwood ford in March 2018 looking for F150 Lariat. Met with this gentleman in sales( I don’t want to name him but he will definitely remem I came to Sherwood ford in March 2018 looking for F150 Lariat. Met with this gentleman in sales( I don’t want to name him but he will definitely remember this) he tried to help me by answering all my questions and also gave me the prices. But when I told him that being a first time buyer of a pickup truck I want to shop around specially with other ford dealers and then make my mind accordingly the whole story changed. He told me that “ I wasted his time”. I felt really bad and thought I will never come here again and even thought I will never buy a ford pickup. Being treated like that at the end of a very curtious meeting just shook me and I put all my plans on hold. As I always wanted a pickup my friends forced and again recommended me Sherwood ford. I was hesitant to be there again. But eventually I came here with my friend and met Wally. He totally changed my presumption about Sherwood ford. This visit was totally different from my visit six months back. The way Wally treated me actually made me buy F150 Limited instead of a lariat. He was a thorough professional explaining me the techs and features of this truck. I would actually want to thank Wally for his service and charming personality. He played a major role to win my confidence back in Ford.
