Incredibly awesome I flew from Ontario to Edmonton with my family- my wife and 3 young children. We had a rental car booked at the airport but due to miscommunication we I flew from Ontario to Edmonton with my family- my wife and 3 young children. We had a rental car booked at the airport but due to miscommunication we were left stranded in Edmonton without a rental car. Our vacation was already booked and scheduled and was not possible without a car. It would have been too difficult to use public transportation from Edmonton to Banff, to Lake Louise, Canmore, Calgary, Bentley, and back to Edmonton, especially with 3 young children- so I went online in search of a used suv to purchase and found a very nice vehicle for a great price at Sherwood Ford. I called and explained my situation, they offered to get me a taxi to their location. When I arrived the vehicle was cleaned and ready for me with a full tank of fuel and their plate. It only took 1.5 hours to finalize all the paper work and I was on my way. Sherwood Ford was by far the best buying experience I’ve had. Everybody was very friendly and nice to deal with, there was a play area for my kids and hot drinks for my wife to enjoy while we took care of business, and Santa showed up to greet the children. In 4 years I may fly to Edmonton to buy from Sherwood Ford again. More

Excellent customer service I am a customer who hates sales pressure and confrontational sales people. The entire team at Sherwood Ford were the opposite of that. Due to a recent layoff I was researching all of my options and was considering trading in my vehicle on a smaller more economical vehicle Zeno took the time to listen to my concerns and help and advise me in the best possible way. Although I did not trade in my Explorer at this time, I would strongly recommend the professionalism and compassion that Zeno offers to his clients. 1st Ford Sherwood Park Ford is, by far, the best dealership I have dealt with...period. I called the sales guy (Zeno), told him what we were looking for and to Sherwood Park Ford is, by far, the best dealership I have dealt with...period. I called the sales guy (Zeno), told him what we were looking for and told him we needed to downsize our fleet. We traded 2 vehicles in and drove away in a brand new Lariat within a few days. Zeno respected our decisions and did not attempt to twist our arms to buy something we didn’t want. Much respect for this. Love the new truck. More
