Just completed my 2nd truck purchase with Ernesto Bernal, and there is a reason I will only go to Sherwood Ford to buy vehicles; they are the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with. The managers and all the staff are so friendly, which puts you at ease because buying a vehicle can be overwhelming. Ernesto is super professional and easy to deal with, he’s patient and genuinely cares about what you want and wants to see you happy, he does everything he possibly can to make the experience memorable, which is why I’ll keep going back. Chris S the manager, Ali in finance and Megan in deliveries are all amazing to deal with as well. Highly recommend! More

Poor cservice.
