There was no surprises or hidden fees the day I picked it up, the price and everything was the same as the day I ordered it. The day I picked it up was flawless. I dropped off the keys to my old truck. Mark had the new truck ready to go, Tyler Kick ( Finance Manager ) had all the paper work and everything ready to be signed, Sammy Dixon (BDC / Delivery Specialist) showed me everything I needed to know about the truck and I was rolling down the road in no time.
