I bought my truck in Edmonton and I live in Edmonton, but after calling the service department two times to book an appointment and was told had no appointment available for an oil change until mid May( more than 2 weeks away). I called Sherwood Ford and they were able to book me in the next day. I will be coming to Sherwood Ford for service from now.
