Excellent seamless experience! We were shopping for a vehicle and had the good fortune to have Dale Randall as our salesman. He listened to what our needs were and without any pressure introduced us to a variety of vehicles that would meet our needs. We found a 2016 Ford Edge Titanium that was perfect for us. Dale walked us through the purchase process, made sure there were no hidden fees, provided a great discount, and took us to the finance manager, Cory Szydlowski, who found us an excellent finance deal. All through the time we were waiting for finalization Dale continued to offer refreshments and he and Cory kept us updated on the process. When we signed the deal Dale even drove us to a nearby SGI office to help us get the vehicle insured and plated, brought us back to the dealership and personally put the license plate on. He even set up our cell phones on the Bluetooth. The personal services were so far above the normal customer service! Dale knew we had driven over 3 hours to get to the dealership and called the next day to find out how the vehicle worked for us and to be sure we made it home okay. I would highly recommend, and have already recommended to 2 friends that are in the market for another vehicle, to give this dealership, and Dale Randall a visit! More

I had to have it brought in from another dealership as a result and they made that happen very fast. I had a minor problem the first day but as soon as I called Scott he got the problem addressed right away and Sherwood made sure that I wasn't inconvenienced at all. They even drove a rental to me at work in Martensville to pick up my vehicle and back again the next day......very much appreciated!!
