Excellent service Grate service! Sherwood has professional sales team and they will do everything they can do to let you love your new car. The only thing that 2018 Eq Grate service! Worst customer experience ever - one star is one too many I have now had my car in for maintenance 4 times and will never return. I tried to give no stars but it wont' let me. I'd actually heard horror storie I have now had my car in for maintenance 4 times and will never return. I tried to give no stars but it wont' let me. I'd actually heard horror stories but I like to give the benefit of the doubt, and my first experience was fine. Nothing special, but nothing went wrong. Second time I bring my car in, the technician TAKES MY KEYS HOME FOR THE NIGHT and they can't reach him on the phone. I stand around for like 45 minutes while they tear the place apart looking for my keys before they come to the realization the technician must have them. So I'm stuck there at the dealership with no vehicle. I live 30 minutes out of town. They give me a loaner but then expect me to come back to the city early to drop it off and get a shuttle in to work, instead of just picking it up at my office (I said xxxx no, they picked it up, but did I really need to even point out that was crap?). They order me a part and say they'll call me when it arrives, and when I call to ask what is taking so long, turns out the part had been sitting there for weeks with my name on it and nobody called. Third time my shuttle is almost an hour and a half late to pick me up. They sent the shuttle to an address that didn't even exist while I wasted my time waiting at the door and nobody could even be bothered to phone me when they were confused - they waited for me to phone them, which I had to do repeatedly because it kept going to voicemail. Finally the shuttle driver arrived and when I got out of the car, he gave me some business card about a religious cult. Seriously? Today was the last straw. I phoned for a shuttle EARLY - as usual, I got voicemail, and left a message. Nobody phoned me back. When I went outside at the time I said I'd like the shuttle, there of course was not one. I phoned and again got voicemail, and again nobody returned my call. When I phoned the third time someone said they should be there shortly. 15 minutes later I get a call saying they'll be there in 10 minutes. So once again, I waited an hour for a shuttle that I'd had the foresight to book early. I know a shuttle is a first world problem but seriously, they have a whole fleet, how hard is it? Apparently quite difficult. I've wasted SO MUCH TIME, literally hours of my life standing around while they figured xxxx out, and I'm done. I've wasted so much time just writing this stupid review. BUH BYE SHERWOOD. More

Scott Milne answered all our questions and made sure we were happy with our choice of truck. The price and added accessories were all to our satisfaction. Scott came in the following day on his day off to complete the deal. That was appreciated. Cory in Financing was also very effecient and enjoyable to work with.
