There was no pressure to buy which made making a decision easier. Once the SUV was purchased I needed to pick it up after business hours which was no problem for him and we spent time going over the features of the vehicle and getting signed in with On Star, Sirus, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. All areas without his help would have been quite a chore. More

Great experience with Sherwood I went in thinking I wanted one car but after my test drive I was a little disappointed because my first choice just didn't feel right. I think Scotty I went in thinking I wanted one car but after my test drive I was a little disappointed because my first choice just didn't feel right. I think Scotty could tell because he provided some information about another option I had done only minimal research on. After another test drive and some further education on the car from Scotty I was happily surprised to find that my number 3 choice going in had become my first choice after driving it. I ended up buying a car I didn't think I would even like before I arrived. I am so impressed with Scotty & Trevor, I never felt pressured to purchase any vehicle. Of course they asked what they could do to get me to purchase one but by educating me about my options rather than pressuring me, I felt comfortable and informed during the entire process. Really glad I made the trip to the auto mall to see Sherwood rather than going to one of the dealers in the North end that I've dealt with in the past. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle from Sherwood when the time comes. More
