I didnt feel pressure to consider more expensive options loaded with features just to improve the dealership's bottom line. My only (minor) complaint was that the finalization process when I came to pick up the car (signing off on financing, reviewing options for extended warranty, etc.) took about an hour and a half. I haven't been through this process before, so perhaps that's standard, but I would have just appreciated a heads up on how long it was going to take so I could have planned for it. Otherwise, an excellent experience! More

I found exactly what I needed I had been looking around online for a couple of months for a replacement for my 20 year old half ton truck. I noticed a used truck on Sherwood's website and Scott Milne at Sherwood Chevrolet has been the go-to guy for my wife for new cars over the last decade so I thought I would go check with him to see what was available. After a test drive of the vehicle I first was attracted to I decided the F150 wasn't for me and we looked at a few more and I couldn't see anything I liked. The used car manager suggested to Scott that I look at a trade in that was just on the lot, he said it was a good one but hadn't been prepped yet.. I looked past the dirt and mud and decided it was an option. Within 24 hours the 2008 Silverado had been inspected, repaired, certified, financing had been arranged and finalized and I had the perfect "new to me" replacement truck in my driveway at a price much lower than I expected to spend. Couldn't be happier with Scott and the crew at Sherwood Chev. More
