He never mentioned the price but it showed up as a $799 charge on our bill. He also said we could put $5,000 on our credit card. When we paid they would only put half of that on credit card so it cost us about $25 in points. Again, misleading the customer. More

I went to put my summer tires back on and they are trying to convince me that the previous 5/32 changed to a 1/52 because I didn't get my tires rotated in the 2 months from purchase to tire change. Either I am being lied to now or I was lied to in my pre-purchase report. Either way, I will not get any more work done here. More
I had an awful experience with the body shop here. My car was stolen in November 2024. For the first two weeks, they lost track of my vehicle and didn't know where it was. They promised me calls back My car was stolen in November 2024. For the first two weeks, they lost track of my vehicle and didn't know where it was. They promised me calls back with updates and never did call me back. My vehicle was there for three months without them giving me any kind of courtesy car. I finally got a courtesy car for the last month and a half my vehicle was there. It was incredibly slow, incredibly disorganized, and the team there didn't seem to know what was going on. I was incredibly disappointed with this service and I will never recommend for anyone to take their vehicles here. More
My son purchased a used 2018 Foed Escape from Sherwood Chev. Vehicle was back at service department 4 times in the first month. After owning it for 23,000 km, it needed a short block engine replacement(F Chev. Vehicle was back at service department 4 times in the first month. After owning it for 23,000 km, it needed a short block engine replacement(Ford Canada covered this). It also needed a transmission rebuild($6800). Sherwoods response was more or less " too bad so sad ". Stay away from Sherwood Used car sales. More

They want to charge me with 1.1h *179$/h (196.9$) for replacing that stud, what is outrageous amount. For the same thing I had an offer from KAL TIRE with 30 min labor (74$) but I preferred to go with Sherwood Chevrolet. Very big mistake! They kept my car 24 hours for fixing the navigation issues (actually they are replacing the sd card), I called them three times but nobody called me back! When I come today to pick up my car I saw that they didn’t reset the tpms sensor! I will never return at this service! I not recommend! Poor service and very poor customer service experience. More
Took my Bev Cruize in for an oil change. I have done this for 10 years. They unraveled my block heater cord and flung it over the left fender and slamec the engine hood down which resulted in some damage to the cord. I have never had reason to use the block heater, so the cord was neatly in its original place. I phoned to get it placed back in its original place but were not able to succeed. I was told that if I wanted it replaced that I would have to pay to fix it. They damaged my property and I need to pay for it!!!! No accountability or respect shown to the customer. If I need to plug it in, will it result in a fire due to the damage? Yes, they did call me to discuss the problem, but it’s like it’s your word against ours! I will never again bring my car there for service again. More
WARNING! DO NOT trust them and do not expect any accountability after you buy the car. NEVER buy Pre-owned cars from them! Be sure to inspect the car throughl DO NOT trust them and do not expect any accountability after you buy the car. NEVER buy Pre-owned cars from them! Be sure to inspect the car throughly because their preowned cars are REPAINTED, but they do not disclose to you! After 2 years, I found out that the back door passenger side was repainted. At the time of purchase because there was no claim on the Carfax report, I thought there was no issue! They either repainted the door after they bought the damaged car from the rental car company or they bought it with the repainted job done by the rental company. Either way, they knew about the paint job, but did not disclose it to me. They do not go through insurance and this is why it did not show a claim on the Carfax. Basically, they hope that you would trust the clean Carfax report and not taking it to a bodyshop for thorough assessment. I have communicated with them and submitted an official complaint to Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority of Saskatchewan (FCAA). It is all waste of time. FCAA is a joke! Do yourself a favour and buy from either private sellers or do a full assessment of the car before buying a vehicle from this untrustworthy dealership! More
I took my 2015 Chev Cruze car into Sherwood service at 8:00 Monday morning and spoke with service advisor Kyle Ryland with concern for a small fuel leak in engine compartment. By noon I knew the problem w 8:00 Monday morning and spoke with service advisor Kyle Ryland with concern for a small fuel leak in engine compartment. By noon I knew the problem was a leak at the fuel regulator and that the parts needed were in Cincinnati and could take 10 days to arrive. Parts and labor were quoted at $1250. Kyle and I discussed me paying for overnight delivery, parts department checked it out and the cost was $50. I okayed it. The parts were delivered on Tuesday and at 9:30 Wednesday morning Kyle called me to say the repairs were completed and I could pick up my car. The repair invoice was for $1000 instead of $1250 plus $50 shipping. The explanation was that the repair went quickly. I am an "extremely happy" customer. That is the kind of service I am accustomed to at Sherwood Chev. Kyle kept me informed throughout, arranged transportation for me as needed to and from the dealership and was completely helpful, efficient and effective. Thank you, all who were part of that whole process. More
A great place to go if you feel like paying triple and still having the problem not fixed. Last time my truck was in from 8am-11:30am and they charged me $600 in labor. still having the problem not fixed. Last time my truck was in from 8am-11:30am and they charged me $600 in labor. More
