On Feb 18/19 had to take my vehicle in few service to have the battery replaced, Service Advisor was Greg Sroka gave me awesome service, I know how busy they where on Mon and was not expecting the vehicle to be completed until Tuesday. He called later that Monday and told me the vehicle would be done before the end of the day.Have dealt with Greg over the years and has always gave me exceptional service. More

Went above and beyond to help I just wanted to thank Jason from the service department for helping my family in a difficult situation this May long weeekend. My husband's vehicle h I just wanted to thank Jason from the service department for helping my family in a difficult situation this May long weeekend. My husband's vehicle had been dropped off earlier in the day for repairs when my 2014 Acadia's engine light came on. I went straight to the dealership but there wasn't any availability for an appointment for another 2 days. Having both family vehicles in for repair was bad enough but being without our Acadia also meant we would be missing out on our family May long camping trip. I was surprised the next morning when Jason let me know he had managed to have my Acadia looked at, have a part brought in from another dealership and would have it ready to go by that afternoon! I am so thankful and couldn't be more pleased with the service I got. Thank you Jason! More

That was very timely since I had been checking around to get an estimate for maintenance on brakes. She sent a coupon offering a 5% saving coupon for Parts and Labor if I came back to Sherwood Buick GMC for required service. I stopped in to talk with Shauna to set up an appointment. Had brakes serviced after 131,115km on 2011 Buick Enclave with new OEM pads and rotors machined. Additionally to the quote, had an oil change and brake fluid flush. The work was completed in a timely fashion with attention to required details as requested. The vehicles I have had serviced at this dealership since 2008 have been handled with care and attention. I usually get the vehicle back as clean if not cleaner than when they were delivered for the service. It was a slushy day when I picked it up so I didn't expect the car would be washed but I was a bit disappointed that the and the rear passenger door and driver and the rear passenger door handles had not had the greasy smudges or the mechanics hand print cleaned away before the vehicle was returned to me. I was somewhat surprised as this is very unusual at this dealership in my experience over the years since 1981. Not a big deal but it was noticeable so I wanted to make sure it was mentioned for future reference. I will gladly accept a rain check coupon for a carwash to use when the weather clears up a bit. I was happy with the overall service and the attention to the maintenance details that were scheduled to be completed. I count on and appreciate good workmanship. Suggest add Kathy Duek to employee list on Survey sheet under Service .I telephoned Kathy about the us both forgetting the discount coupon when I picked up the car. She was going to let me know about what action would be suggested. More
