I love my Buick Envision Avenir! A few hiccups which were somewhat of an inconvenience regarding registration, prior to picking up our new vehicle. Our salesman was fairly new and failed to mention that this used unit was from out of province. Then, upon signing final deal we were informed it had been in an accident costing $1200 in damages. We were definitely taken aback and skeptical at that point. Management came in and reassured us that they stand behind their vehicles and would never leave us high and dry. We were convinced to proceed with the deal trusting they stand true to their word. More

I had worked in the industry before and the service Sheldon gave me was the same as if I was buying a $100K vehicle. Top marks for everything from the test drive to delivery. The whole process was great and done on my timeline. Both Sheldon and Jennifer Roy in finance were professional and gave me a far better experience than I was expecting.
