From the first time I spoke by phone with sales rep Ashton Lewis I was treated with respect and integrity. I told him what I was looking for in a vehicle and he was able to provide me with exactly wha Ashton Lewis I was treated with respect and integrity. He was not at all pushy especially when I told him I was leaving on vacation for a couple of weeks and was too busy to physically come to the dealership to view the vehicle prior to my departure. I contacted him when I returned and we met in person. Again he was extremely pleasant, not high pressure whatsoever answered all my questions and took the time needed without ever trying to rush me. On delivery day he spent an hour and a half with my wife and I going through all the features of the new vehicle and how to operate them. He answered any of our questions even if we had to ask more than once. He even helped me connect my smart phone to the Bluetooth system in the vehicle. Again there was a sense of not rushing us or pushing us out the door now that we had purchased the vehicle. Shaun Hurry in the finance area was great as well as I made several changes to the contract and he was always willing to take the time to make sure I understood every item and never once got frustrated at the changes which did cause him extra work. Petersen is a great dealership willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied when I left the dealership. He stayed late into the evening to accommodate my schedule, and was so easy going and friendly through the whole process. He never made me feel pressured to buy something I didn't need, and he made buying a car a much more relaxed situation than I would have thought possible. I especially appreciated the way Christian made me feel like a friend and a real person, not just a number or a paycheck like some salesmen do. Christian even went out of his way to help me two weeks after I purchased my car when I discovered a problem with the wheels; he made it right, made sure my concerns were addressed and showed genuine care regarding my happiness with the vehicle and my satisfaction with my purchasing experience. However, it only took Christian and his fellow Peterson GM staff about a week to get us approved and into a new car!!!! We were able to upgrade from a 1989 to a 2010!!! I will always be grateful to Christian and the Peterson GM team for what they have done for us. Now we have a safe and reliable vehicle to drive around with our 6 month old son. We will definitely be going back to Christian for a second vehicle in the future, and referring any of our friends who need vehicles to him as well.
