The salesman was great! Highly recommend him. Manager and finance people are a joke! I traded in my car and they gave me a ok trade in ammount, and added the rest onto my truck. But 2 weeks later I had my car payment come out of my acct, phoned the place where I had the loan and they have not received any payment yet, tried calling multiple times to talk to finance at Sherwood Park GMC and no answer, always goes to voicemail and they haven't returned my calls. Also got the runaround from their Manager Anthony Simon, I had a deal in place over the phone and once I got their he gives me the story that the guy who made this deal with me got fired 2 days ago, and that he can't give me what was agreed upon. I live 2.5 hours away and never got told about this till I drove their. So I ended up getting $3000 less for my trade than what I was promised. If your looking for a good experience when you buy a new vehicle then I highly recommend going somewhere else. I have to day the salesman John Orr was awesome! If you do go their to buy a vehicle you have to ask for him, he's always available if you work late, very considerate and kind guy. I hope he goes somewhere else so I can happily use him again next time I buy a vehicle, because this place is a joke! More

From the first time I spoke by phone with sales rep Ashton Lewis I was treated with respect and integrity. I told him what I was looking for in a vehicle and he was able to provide me with exactly wha Ashton Lewis I was treated with respect and integrity. He was not at all pushy especially when I told him I was leaving on vacation for a couple of weeks and was too busy to physically come to the dealership to view the vehicle prior to my departure. I contacted him when I returned and we met in person. Again he was extremely pleasant, not high pressure whatsoever answered all my questions and took the time needed without ever trying to rush me. On delivery day he spent an hour and a half with my wife and I going through all the features of the new vehicle and how to operate them. He answered any of our questions even if we had to ask more than once. He even helped me connect my smart phone to the Bluetooth system in the vehicle. Again there was a sense of not rushing us or pushing us out the door now that we had purchased the vehicle. Shaun Hurry in the finance area was great as well as I made several changes to the contract and he was always willing to take the time to make sure I understood every item and never once got frustrated at the changes which did cause him extra work. Petersen is a great dealership willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied when I left the dealership. Based on my experience with other dealerships over the last 40 years plus these guys are miles above the others. More
