Stay away. Where to begin? My wife and son went looking for a new vehicle. They went to Sherwood Buick GMC and started looking around the showroom. It wasn't Where to begin? It wasn't busy, there was salesmen everywhere but no one even looked their way after they got in and out of a few different vehicles. Before that I had a bad experience getting my truck serviced at the same location. Our calls were ignored, hung up on and we were lied to. By the time I got the call that my vehicle was ready, it took over 40min for them to find the paperwork that was misplaced and find my keys which they had lost. And it was in the evening, so it wasn't busy. I'm sure you could take a chance and have a different experience, but we went elsewhere to buy another GMC, and we will go out of our way to take our GMC vehicles to another dealer for servicing. More
