Great experience. We were on our way to Alaska in our Suncruiser motorhome and noticed a ticking sound. We checked our warranty options and chose Sherwood Buick, GMC. They were rather busy - it was June- & couldn't look at it for a day. We checked into a hotel and waited. Eventually, Mike Rochon gave us a call with the news that we needed a rocker arm & ball stud. We have a Workhorse warranty, so Mike needed to contact them to see what could be done. In the meantime, he found that our part was available in Toronto but it was "branded" as a GM part rather than Workhorse. Would Workhorse accept this?? ......saving us a great deal of time trying to ship from the USA? Mike was our hero as he did get the approval and as we had authorized air freighting the part, it arrived the next day. Mike knew we had a tight time frame to meet up with our Caravan group and he did it. Job done, in time for us to meet up with everyone! Thank you Mike! More

Poor Customer Service and Response My experience is a unique situation that could have been handled much better. My daughter recently moved to Alberta and since she was doing well and My experience is a unique situation that could have been handled much better. My daughter recently moved to Alberta and since she was doing well and working, I decided to cosign for her to purchase a vehicle. Where it went wrong was the financing. Options were not well explained to this first time young buyer. Even though I was the primary purchaser, no options or information was sent to me for review. The result was a surprise in the financing available. The paperwork was also done poorly. It required my presence to register the vehicle. They knew I was in Ontario and had to redo it so she could register. The attitude of the finance person was condescending and she was very slow to respond to questions. I hope that the service department is better than finance. More

Purchasing Experience I had ordered a new 2015 Yukon XL, which was on back-order duel to it being redesigned. There were delays but my salesman had called with frequent up I had ordered a new 2015 Yukon XL, which was on back-order duel to it being redesigned. There were delays but my salesman had called with frequent updates on how my SUV was progressing through the order, build, ship and delivery process. CJ, my salesman, was extremely helpful and did not provide any pressure on up selling me with extras. He made me aware of the extras options available and simply ask if I would like them. If not, he dropped the issue immediately. To this point, the purchase of my vehicle was a pleasant experience. Going forward, I'm hoping to see if the Service Departments is as good as the sales. More
