Purchasing Experience I had ordered a new 2015 Yukon XL, which was on back-order duel to it being redesigned. There were delays but my salesman had called with frequent updates on how my SUV was progressing through the order, build, ship and delivery process. CJ, my salesman, was extremely helpful and did not provide any pressure on up selling me with extras. He made me aware of the extras options available and simply ask if I would like them. If not, he dropped the issue immediately. To this point, the purchase of my vehicle was a pleasant experience. Going forward, I'm hoping to see if the Service Departments is as good as the sales. It wasn't busy, there was salesmen everywhere but no one even looked their way after they got in and out of a few different vehicles. Before that I had a bad experience getting my truck serviced at the same location. Our calls were ignored, hung up on and we were lied to. By the time I got the call that my vehicle was ready, it took over 40min for them to find the paperwork that was misplaced and find my keys which they had lost. And it was in the evening, so it wasn't busy. I'm sure you could take a chance and have a different experience, but we went elsewhere to buy another GMC, and we will go out of our way to take our GMC vehicles to another dealer for servicing. More
